Born in Sioux Falls in 1976, I lived in several states during my youth, including Wyoming, Missouri, and Colorado (to name a few), ultimately returning to South Dakota in the late-eighties, where I later attended and graduated from Brandon Valley High-School (Brandon), class of 1994.
With a natural ability for the arts, and proficiency for computer technology, I went on to attend the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver, Colorado, from 1998 - 2003 toward a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts & Animation.

I have been an entrepreneur and small business owner since 1996, and have a total of 17 years of general professional business, technical, and interpersonal experience. I have owned and operated industry-relatable companies such as "Walter National Tracer Foundation" (WNTF), performing skip-traces and serving notice on individuals for Federal tax purposes (Lakewood, CO; est. 1998).
I am a founding member and Co-Owner of Pursuit Process Service's parent company, *Walter Media - Creative Arts Studios LLC, which services county & state government administrations, corporate & small business, and personal clientele.
My personal drive and focus on excellence, as well as the attention to detail, technical proficiency, and people-skills, that I have learned and exercised during the whole of my professional career, are directly applied toward the "high-quality-of-service philosophy" demonstrated by Pursuit Process Service.



As the owner and operating agent of Pursuit Process Service, my personal goal is to earn the trust and business of my clients, by proving the quality of my performance and true value of my services, while taking every available opportunity to demonstrate why I'm the best process server to represent their firm.

My personal process serving qualifications include a demonstration of competency and proficiency in an officially recognized service of process certification training program, as well as the rules of civil procedure examination.

I am officially authorized to serve process (as a private citizen / agent) under South Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure, Codified Laws: §15-6-4 (c.) & §15-6-45 (c.).
